Someone went online and posted about the incident at the courthouse entrance. The news was quickly shared by many accounts with massive followings.
In today’s society, a shocking headline would certainly get a lot of attention, and this one
about a lawyer who helped his mother’s killer get acquitted undoubtedly fitted the bill.
Soon, many people in the comments had unearthed information about Zachary and Gigi.
Just like what happened at the courthouse, everyone piled onto the two of them.
Gigi remained as arrogant and indifferent as ever, probably because she assumed that
Zachary had done away with all the evidence that could’ve incriminated her. As the news
went viral, she even started a livestream.
“Yes, I was driving the car, but who’s to say I hit her? She was just trying to scam me by
faking an accident and claiming compensation from me! How can you say such things about me without any evidence?
“I was just speeding and driving while drunk. The only punishment I got was having my driver’s license suspended. If any one of you continues to spread lies about me, I’ll sue you! As for Annette… Hah! I dated Zachary before she did. How are you guys so sure she’s not the one who came between us?” Gigi declared,
But soon, her livestream was suspended.
Most people online were rational beings who knew right from wrong. They made
recordings of Gigi’s arrogant retorts and posted those online, stirring up controversy once again. The situation blew up so much that even the owners of the stores near the site of the
accident found out about it.
They quickly expressed their willingness to provide the footage from their security cameras as evidence. One of the more decisive ones even uploaded the footage to his social media account. It clearly showed Marie walking along the crosswalk when she got hit by a car that
ran the red light.

The car was clearly speeding. After hitting Marie, the car merely screeched to a stop for a
split second before rushing off again. The driver didn’t even bother to get out of the car and
check on the victim.
This proved that Gigi’s claims about it being a scam had been nothing but lies. She had slammed right into the innocent victim.
Zachary saw the footage too. Just before Gigi was arrested by the police, Zachary rushed to Gigi’s house in a frenzy and stabbed her. It felt like he had looked up the most effective way to kill someone. As soon as he stabbed her, blood gushed out of her.
Gigi crumpled to the floor, her eyes wide with shock. She died before the ambulance even got there.
The police were alerted and came right over to arrest Zachary. Looking into the camera of a
surrounding spectator who was recording on his phone, he tearfully cried out, “I’ve avenged you,
Mom!”
